Hi there!

I just wanted to send a quick note to say THANK YOU for the Basecamp Rewards program. I know companies probably get more complaints than compliments, so I wanted to balance that out.

I've been coming to your Hawthorne location for about 8 months, usually grabbing a cortado on my way to work. When the rewards program launched, I signed up immediately and it's been great.

What I love:
- The earning rate feels generous. I'm getting a free drink every couple weeks which is awesome
- The app is easy to use (I just scan and go)
- The redemption process is seamless
- Your staff actually know how the program works and can answer questions

I've already told several coworkers about it and at least two have signed up. One of them (hi Rachel!) is now a regular at Basecamp instead of the chain she used to go to.

A few small suggestions if you're looking for ways to improve:
- Would love to see merchandise as a redemption option (I want a Basecamp tumbler!)
- Maybe some kind of referral bonus? I'm telling friends anyway, might as well get points for it
- Birthday rewards would be a nice touch

But honestly, those are minor. The program is great as is. Keep up the good work!
