Hi Basecamp Team,

I wanted to share some thoughts on your rewards program as a very frequent customer.

Quick background: I'm a freelance designer and I work from your Division St location probably 5-6 days a week. I usually spend $10-15 per visit between coffee and food. By my rough math, I've spent over $400 at Basecamp since the rewards program launched in August.

Here's my suggestion: I think you should consider adding VIP tiers.

Right now, someone who comes once a week and someone who comes every day get the exact same benefits. As a heavy user, I'd love some recognition. Not asking for anything crazy, but maybe:

**Silver (300+ points lifetime)**
- 10% bonus on points earned
- Early access to seasonal drinks

**Gold (750+ points lifetime)**
- 15% bonus on points earned
- Monthly surprise reward
- Free size upgrade on drinks

**Platinum (1500+ points lifetime)**
- 20% bonus on points earned
- Free drink on your birthday
- Exclusive member events/tastings
- Name on a "regulars wall" or something fun

I've seen other coffee shops do this (shoutout to Dutch Bros' loyalty tiers) and it really makes customers feel valued.

I know this would take development work, but I think it would increase loyalty and spending. The psychology of "I'm almost at Gold status" is powerful.

Either way, I'll keep coming. Your oat milk lavender latte is unmatched.

P.S. The app has been glitchy for me lately - sometimes shows wrong points balance. Might want to look into that.
