What do you like most about Basecamp Rewards?

I love that I'm finally getting something back for my daily coffee habit. I've been coming here for two years and it's nice to feel appreciated. The staff at the downtown location are fantastic - Marcus always reminds me to scan my card and even helped me set up the app on my phone. I've already redeemed two free lattes which felt great.

What could we improve?

The app is honestly pretty frustrating. It crashes on me at least once a week when I try to check my points balance. Yesterday it showed I had 340 points, then I refreshed and it said 280, then back to 340. I just don't trust it so I always ask the barista to check for me. Also wish there were more options for redemption - I don't really want pastries but that's half the rewards menu.

Any additional comments?

Keep the program going! Just fix that app. I shouldn't have to ask staff to verify my balance every visit.
