What do you like most about Basecamp Rewards?

Everything! The app is super easy to use - I just scan the QR code at checkout and watch my points go up. I love the little animation when you earn points, it's satisfying. The earning rate is actually really generous compared to other places. I calculated it and I basically get a free drink every 2 weeks, which is amazing for how often I come.

The redemption is easy too. I just showed my phone to the barista and she knew exactly what to do. Redeemed my first free drink last week and I'm already halfway to my next one.

What could we improve?

Would love to see some merchandise options in the rewards - like a free tumbler at 500 points or something. Also maybe some exclusive member events? Like a coffee tasting for loyal members? That would be really cool.

The pastry selection for redemption is good but I'd love to see the seasonal drinks available as redemption options too.

This is the best loyalty program I've been part of. Keep it up!
