What do you like most about Basecamp Rewards?

The earning rate is pretty good - 1 point per dollar is easy to understand and track. I appreciate the simplicity. The app works okay for me most of the time, though I've heard others have had issues.

What could we improve?

PLEASE add more redemption options! I'm vegetarian and literally half the food redemptions are things I can't eat. The turkey sandwich, the ham croissant, the bacon breakfast wrap - none of these work for me. I've been saving up points but there's almost nothing I actually want to redeem for except plain drinks.

Also, I'd love a tier system. I come here every single day and get the same rewards as someone who comes once a week. Would be nice to have VIP status or something for your most loyal customers. Maybe early access to new drinks? Or a birthday bonus?

Staff seem hit or miss on their program knowledge. Some know everything, others look confused when I ask about my points.

Any additional comments?

The program has potential. Just needs more options and maybe some recognition for heavy users like me.
