What do you like most about Basecamp Rewards?

Finally a local coffee shop with a real loyalty program! I was tired of those paper punch cards that I always lose. Having everything digital is great. The baristas at the Pearl District location are awesome - they really know the program inside and out. Devon explained the point expiration thing to me when I signed up which was helpful.

The free drink I redeemed tasted extra good knowing it was free!

What could we improve?

The app could be more reliable. Sometimes it takes a while to update after a purchase - like I'll buy something, scan my code, but my points don't show up for a few hours. A bit nerve-wracking but they always come through eventually.

Would love to see bonus points days - like double points on slow days (Tuesdays?) to incentivize visits.

The expiration policy seems fair to me since Devon explained it upfront. 60 days is reasonable if you're a regular customer. But I could see how it would frustrate occasional visitors.

Any additional comments?

Overall positive experience. I've already told friends about it. One suggestion: partner with a local bakery for expanded food options? The pastries are good but variety is the spice of life!
