CUSTOMER MESSAGE:

I cannot log into the app anymore. Here's what's happening:

1. I open the app
2. I enter my email (markd_portland@gmail.com) and password
3. I tap "Log In"
4. The spinning wheel appears for about 30 seconds
5. Then I get an error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again."

I've tried:
- Restarting my phone (iPhone 14)
- Deleting and reinstalling the app
- Resetting my password (got the email, set a new one, still can't log in)
- Trying on my iPad (same issue)
- Trying on wifi vs cellular (same issue)

This has been going on for 3 DAYS. I've made purchases during this time and had baristas manually look up my account by phone number to add points, but this is ridiculous.

I need to be able to log in. I have 178 points and I want to redeem soon.

PLEASE FIX THIS.
