I lost my physical Basecamp Rewards card. I think it fell out of my wallet somewhere.

I don't use the app - I'm 71 years old and prefer the physical card. Can I get a replacement?

Also want to make sure nobody else can use my points if they find my card. I had about 95 points I think.

Please let me know what to do. I usually go to the Mississippi location.

Note: This is a good customer - visits regularly, always uses physical card. Make sure his experience getting the new card is smooth. Asked Mississippi manager (Devon) to expect him.
